    Balance Health is organizing the second part of the Women’s Health Event series catering to the needs of today’s modern woman. Whether she is building her own career, busy with family, coping with day to day tasks or in the process of finding herself Balance Health aims to enriching her life journey in mind, body and spirit through the following services and treatments by our best practitioners.
    • Group Yuen Method by Victor Geronimo (5:00 pm to 6:00 pm)

      The Yuen Method is a non-invasive technique based on ancient Chinese tradition of healing combined with modern western knowledge. The Yuen Method allows quickly locating and shifting imbalances/blocks at all levels to improve all facets of your life – weaknesses in your body, mind and spirit will be unveiled and energized into strengths. This works if you are suffering from chronic pain or depressions or have concerns about health, fitness, relationships, career, finance, or anti-aging. These will all be tackled through a group Yuen method session where healing will be done in an intimate group session.

    • Fertility and Hormonal Imbalances by Dr. Grace Yu (Online) (6:00 pm to 6:30 pm)

      Dr. Grace Yu shares her insights on how Chinese medicine and acupuncture work together for treating infertility including other supporting treatments and herbal recipes. This talk will be presented via Zoom

    • Chi Nei Tsang Demonstration by Mona Choi (7:00 pm to 7:30 pm)

      Chi Nei Tsang is a massage coming from Ancient Taoist knowledge and tradition focusing on internal organs. This method brings energetic balance and harmonizes the functioning of internal organs and is good for slimming, bloating, digestive issues, emotional traumas or fertility. Mona will be demonstrating this treatment to the participants while sharing the benefits of this massage.

    • Singing Bowl Workshop by Mona Choi (7:30 pm to 8:00 pm)

      The vibrational effects of Sound Healing Massages on a person’s body, mind and energy flow is an incredible inner journey everyone should experience.

      Tibetan singing bowls can generate a type of energy vibration to help you to reduce stress, heal pain or depression and create a deep sense of peace, well being and better health.

    • Craniosacral Therapy by Michell See (20 mins. per session)

      Craniosacral therapy is a gentle profound non-invasive, hands-on treatment for the whole body. The treatment is focused on supporting the health of whole being, especially the nervous system. Craniosacral therapy is beneficial for chronic pain, fatigue, stress and other disorders.

    • Shiatsu by Florence Robatche- Claive (20 mins. per session)

      Shiatsu aims to release tensions from the body and mind in helping Yin and Yang energies of the body to flow freely. Shiatsu is especially helpful with neck, shoulder and back pain, headaches and migraine, digestive problems, sleeping disorders, depression, anxiety and stress related symptoms and many more.
