Tea Soup for Fertility Detox

In Dr. Grace’s infertility treatment in the past few years, apart from applying acupuncture, herbal medicine, and other natural treatments to help the patient’s body achieve a healthy balance. She also creates the most basic state of healthy conception.

In recent years, she has been promoting healthy living habits and diets that can improve the health of the individual’s internal organs. Regarding diet therapy, it is found that tea and soups are good supplements because we need to eat nourishingly every day. Through the pertinence of diet, it also assists the case in preparing for pregnancy, after pregnancy and childbirth, and even the daily maintenance of the uterus and ovaries.

However traditional medicated food is difficult for some people in terms of taste. Dr. Grace designed the following soup recipe for everyone who is interested in tea and soup diet. The main goal is to maintain health without having treatment. The following soups are suitable for men and females.

1. Soothing liver and nourishing liver blood soup:

Chamomile, angelica, milkvetch, mulberry leaves, longan, cloves, roasted rice, dried mango, dried oranges, dried pears, hibiscus salt.
It can be used for people with liver qi and blood deficiency, and it is also suitable for people who work for a long time and stay up late, or menopausal people.

2. Nourishing liver and kidney soup:

Raspberry, hibiscus, red rice bean,  Dwarf lilyturf, red dates, ginger, mulberry, licorice, dried apple, dried guava, black bean, burdock root, citrus salt.

It can be used for people with liver and kidney yin deficiency to further nourish vitality. It can also be used for menopausal people.

3. Nourishing liver and kidney, uterus warming soup:

Roses, dried strawberries, cinnamon, lemongrass, black beans, brown rice, dried tomatoes, dried melon, hibiscus, ginger salt.
It can be used during menstruation or on weekdays, or for those with a cold uterus or week spleen and stomach.

4. Invigorating spleen and balancing soup:

Mandarin, ginger, perilla, bergamot, Tartary buckwheat, mint, papaya, pineapple, red dates, wolfberry,  hibiscus salt.
It can be used during menstruation or for people who have a constitution of stagnation of liver qi, as well as treating weak spleen and stomach.

Chinese fertility diet for uterus and ovaries care:

After menstruation: tea soup 1 and 2 can be used. These two tea soups can be used alternately during the two weeks, twice a week.

During ovulation and menstrual periods: tea soup 3 and 4 can be used and they can be used alternately. People who have a menstrual period can take it continuously for 3 days, and one of them can be used for the ovulation period and can take for one day.

After the ovulation: tea soup can be used to cook alternately, 2-3 times a week

Package: Soup 1,2,3 and 4, each soup 4 packs, 16 packs in total.
Or choose based on individual condition, for example, Menopaused people can choose soup 1 and 2.

Vegetarians can prepare vegetable soups such as corn and carrot. For meat-eaters, chicken thighs or breasts can be used. The above soups can be drunk after cooking for about 1 hour, or they can be simmered in an electric pot.
