About Shamanism
Shamanic healing is an ancient form of spiritual healing that is rooted in various indigenous traditions and practices. It involves working with a shaman or healer who can help individuals connect with their spiritual energy and the natural world, and facilitate healing and transformation on physical, emotional, and spiritual levels.
Shamanism typically involves a combination of techniques and practices, including energy healing, soul retrieval, journeying, and ceremony. The shaman or healer may use tools such as drums, rattles, feathers, or crystals to help shift the individual's energy and facilitate the healing process.
The goal is to restore balance and harmony to the individual's energy system, and help them reconnect with their true self and the natural world. Fundamental to this system is the recognition of our connection to Mother Earth and all of Life, both in physical and energetic forms. It is based on the act of voluntarily stepping outside of the here and now, accessing and connecting to non-ordinary states or spirit realms for wisdom and healing.

What to expect in a Shamanism session:
You will have an initial conversation about your intentions for the healing with our shamanism practitioner. It is important to have a clear intention to be highly conducive to get the most out of the session.
You will then sit or lie down comfortably to relax and reflect. The sounds of musical instruments will help your mind calm down and focus on everything you know about the issue you are seeking for healing.
The shamanic practitioner enters into a trance. The spirit protectors and helpers will guide the practitioner to locate the missing power, or the parts of your soul through trauma and other negative situations in the past and bring it back to you.
There will be a process for you to integrate the retrieved power or soul piece. At the end of the session, the practitioner may also recommend follow up treatments depending on your healing journey.
