Date: Friday 24th May

Time: 12.30 – 1.30 PM

Talk’s Key Take-Aways:

Seiki is a spontaneous intuitive method of bodywork, which facilitates the flow of energy through the body, clearing energy blockages and creating an awareness of life energy flows. Seiki incorporates bodywork treatments, autonomic spontaneous movement AND, most importantly, space to experience and enjoy life as embodied human beings, breathing again.

In this talk, Seiki Master Frans Copers will introduce the basic concepts and movements of Seiki, its health benefits and the groups of people that should try Seiki. Frans will demonstrate easy-to-follow Seiki techniques that you can adopt for daily self-healing.

Talk is free of charge. Registration is essential!
