Seiki is a spontaneous intuitive method of bodywork, which facilitates the flow of energy through the body, clearing energy blockages and creating an awareness of life energy flows. Seiki incorporates bodywork treatments, autonomic spontaneous movement AND, most importantly, space to experience and enjoy life as embodied human beings, breathing again.

1) Basic principles of Seiki

2) Basic kata and resonance points

3) Three positions: back, prone and sitting Exercises and Gyooki

4) Deepening of the principles Ki Exercises Kokuy Go (AiKiDo)

5) Katsugen undo: exercise & introduction

Frans Copers has studied, lived, and taught Oriental and Japanese Medicine since 1972 with Macrobiotic Shiatsu, SO Tai, and Aikido in the USA and in Japan. His life practice is dedicated to spreading and protecting the ancient knowledge and skills of Oriental and Japanese ways of health -especially the Seiki method- in his home country and abroad.

Director and head teacher of the Kimura Shiatsu Institute, and political representative of EFCAM and the European Shiatsu Federation at the EU Institutions. Frans is involved in lobbying for natural health through the ESF (European Shiatsu Federations), EPHA (European Public Health Alliance) and EFCAM (European Federation of Complementary and Alternative Methods).
