Rachael draws upon a variety of experience in order to assist organisations, teams and individuals reach their desired performance, healthy lifestyle and wellbeing goals. As an international athlete, she represented Hong Kong for 5 years in the Women's Field Hockey team.
As a professional she has 10 years’ experience in the Fitness and Health industry and recently up skilled to incorporate more of an integral approach to her coaching. By combining knowledge and experience of the body, mindfulness, leadership development and ontological coaching techniques* we give birth to a unique coaching process. Simply put this unique coaching approach to corporate, life and sports performance adopts a whole person philosophy encompassing four dimensions of energy management – physical (body), mental (mind), emotional (sensations) and spiritual (purpose).
Her professional and personal experience with elite sport provides a great foundation for delivering key components and strategies to improve performance, healthy lifestyle and wellbeing. Rachael works with a variety of individuals and athletes from the corporate and sporting environments to schools and the health and wellness industry.
*Ontology is the study of being and ontological coaching is a way of coaching that invites the individual to tap into a deeper awareness of their own lives and the way in which they observe the world around them. This method of coaching uses the body, emotions and language as domains of learning.

Lifestyle Assessment Package
3 day Lifestyle Assessment + 60 minute coaching session (Interpretation of data, key recommendations and designing action plan)
This service involves combining cutting edge technology with the important human element and knowledge of our practitioner Rachael. We create a physiological map of your current lifestyle and state of health and wellbeing. This map helps provide key insights, direction and a foundation in which to create a plan of action for a healthy lifestyle. It also provides data that can act as a preventative health measure and base line awareness..
Our aim is to guide you through a journey from feeling to knowing and most importantly to understanding about how you experience the pressures and stress of daily life (perceived and real). Together we explore what is affecting your level of adaptability (resiliency), your energy levels and your level of productivity during work. We also look for moments for self-care and if you have carved out time for things that are meaningful and restorative to you.
We interpret data from the lifestyle assessment together with you. We provide expertise and support to co-create personal practices for the benefit of working towards a healthy lifestyle. We may sometimes challenge you and push your growth edge to reach a new and healthier way of living. The importance of these practices and challenges is to create a new behaviour or way of being in your life that you desire, a call to action to embody change.
