PMY Level one opened you to the objective realization of your nature, the main sources of influence behind your beliefs, and what triggers automatic reactions. This insight helps you to see the world through different eyes with a sense of lightness and with less agitation. Objectivity is however not sustainable at this level as old habits can sneak in unnoticed to again hypnotize you with old thinking patterns that generate negative reactions.
The overall aim of the PMY course is to establish a level of stability in your objective awareness so you no longer feel compelled to react. When you are stabilized in your awareness, thoughts and feelings will pass to the point where they are no longer noticed and you remain in your peace and power.
PMY Level Two
Relationships lay the ground for where the real work is to be done as they press the trigger points that give rise to a false ego and test our ability to power manage ourselves.
PMY level two is the continuation of the course and specifically works with issues surrounding our personal identity in relationships and the cycle of unconscious impressions that give rise to automatic reactions. Taking things personally is at the heart of all relationship problems when we lose power to others, and in this workshop you will learn techniques in how to continue to support others whilst remaining in your power.
