For the past 22 years, Phil has been assisting people on their healing and spiritual journeys, a role, which in itself, took him on a journey across the world, expanding his skills and understanding, connecting him with some of the most incredible Healers/Shamans/Visionaries.
The awakening of his intuitive self began in his teen years, as he began to experiment with meditation, which in turn led to the development of Mediumship and Energy Healing skills. In the year 2000 he moved to Hong Kong and began facilitating weekly Meditation and Self-connection groups as well as working as a practitioner at the famous New Age Shop, offering energy healing and facilitating Personal Development courses. During his period of working with the New Age Shop he also became a Practitioner of Emotional Freedom Techniques (E.F.T.) which added another ‘incredible string to my bow’.
In 2011 he was the co-founder of The Sanctuary Hong Kong, a wellness centre specializing in all aspects of Spiritual development. The Sanctuary not only had a range of very talented resident practitioners but also a large number of incredible visiting practitioners from all over the globe.
As well as being a practitioner at The Sanctuary he also oversaw the day-to-day running and all of the practitioners that offered their services there. So as to better understand the modalities that the practitioners offered he joined many of the courses that were offered, adding the following to my existing healing skills: Reiki, Sekhem, Magnified Healing, Merlin Trinity Healing, Akashic Records, Trance work, Kinesiology, Hypnotherapy, Shadow work. He also gained great exposure by hosting Healing, Meditation and Self-connection Method groups.
Outside of Hong Kong and the UK, he has provided his services as a Visiting Practitioner in various parts of Asia, Canada and the U.S.A., and he also provides private bespoke healing retreats for international clients.

Emotional Freedom Techniques
Also known as psychological tapping or psychological acupressure, emotional freedom technique or EFT is an alternative natural treatment for people with emotional distress as well as physical acute or chronic pain. It's also referred to as tapping or psychological acupressure. EFT experts believe that by tapping our body or rubbing our acupressure points can stimulate and lead to energy balance in our body and heal pain.
Vibrational Attunement Therapy
Vibrational Attunement Therapy is a non-intrusive, non-obtrusive, energy therapy that facilitates change, whilst dramatically speeding up your healing process. Each session increases vibrational frequency and light quotient, thus creating a stronger connection to Self.With the assistance of your higher consciousness, the intentions that you set prior to the sessions and your willingness to heal, the vibrational frequency of your physical and subtle bodies are increased to allow you to recognize, embrace and release challenges and issues that surround you, from either this reality or that of parallel realities. To further assist you in your journey and integration of the Vibrational Attunement session, subtle body repair will be made where necessary and all sessions are concluded with a full energetic alignment and grounding.
Gastric Band Hypnotherapy
The Gastric Band Hypnotherapy Package is a series of 4 treatments. Each session will take approx. 2 hours. Each sessions is designed to deal with eating habits as well help reduce the appetite. We will review emotional and mental aspects of eating habits and how we can overcome them to achieve our goals. Each session is tailored to the client to assist in realising the highest success rate possible.
Hypnotherapy
Hypnotherapy is a highly focused state, achieved by moving into an altered state of consciousness through extreme relaxation. Typically in a Hypnotherapy session you will experience a sense of deep relaxation with your attention narrowed and focused on suggestions from the therapist.
The suggestions offered by the therapist are to the subconscious of the client. As the subconscious mind is a deeper-seated, more instinctive force than the conscious mind this is the part which has to change in order for behaviour to alter.
