The goal of meditating is to focus and quiet your mind, eventually reaching a higher level of awareness and inner calm. It may come as a surprise to learn, that you can meditate anywhere and at any time, allowing yourself to access a sense of tranquility and peace no matter what is going on around you. It may also come as a surprise to you to learn that meditation can come in various techniques and forms.

The meditation practices you will explore are:
This is a mindfulness practice with your lunch. Explore the depths of taste and indulge in the sensory experience of eating. During the practice, you will engage our senses in quiet while we nourish our bodies with food. Experience food in a totally different way and see where the experience takes you.

You pay attention to your breath - its rhythm, sound, feel and silence. It is the rhythm of our breathing and our hearts. The idea is to not become fixated or tense. What is important is to be mindful of your breath, aware of whether you are distracted or not and to be expanded spaciously.
