Eight weekly 1-hour video lessons explaining the science of mental fitness and how to apply it in your life. The lessons help you understand yourself more deeply and encourage you to practice the principles on a daily basis.

Eight weekly 75 min group coaching sessions, peer learning, and community support to reinforce your growth.

Three 45-minute one-on-one coaching sessions to help you stay on track and overcome any challenges.
