Most of today’s physical, mental and emotional issues, like insomnia, anxiety, stress, and a variety of phobias and compulsive disorders, are deeply rooted in the subconscious mind. Hypnosis alters the state of consciousness in such a way that the analytical left-hand side of the brain is distracted or bypassed, while the more creative right-hand side is invited out to be more alert and aware. The conscious mind is diverted or distracted whilst the subconscious mind is woken up.

During a session, the hypnotherapist works out the positive change on the powerful subconscious mind, the one that determines our habits, emotions, feelings, unconscious behaviors, capabilities, abilities, creativity and attitudes. The hypnotherapist finds the outdated personal preferences and beliefs sabotaging success in certain areas of our life, and directly communicates with the subconscious mind. This communication happens by means of positive suggestions (involving smoke cessation, curing of insomnia or anxiety) that create a new neuro-linguistic path in the brain and are able to positively influence emotions, preferences and behaviors. The old patterns dissolve naturally and we feel more efficient and free of those old burdens, beliefs or habits that were weighing us down.
