Most of today’s physical, mental and emotional issues, like insomnia, anxiety, stress, and a variety of phobias and compulsive disorders, are deeply rooted in the subconscious mind. They are only symptoms of more profound issues and problems. This is why it is often so hard to quit smoking or successfully lose weight. Such difficulties arise from the lack of alignment in our inner self, which produces consequences in our outside world. An example is an outdated system of beliefs and behaviors that is no longer serving us properly and is in fact limiting us. What happens during a Hypnotherapy session?
During a session, the hypnotherapist works out the positive change on the powerful subconscious mind, the one that determines our habits, emotions, feelings, unconscious behaviors, capabilities, abilities, creativity and attitudes. The hypnotherapist finds the outdated personal preferences and beliefs sabotaging success in certain areas of our life, and directly communicates with the subconscious mind. This communication happens by means of positive suggestions (involving smoke cessation, curing of insomnia or anxiety) that create a new neuro-linguistic path in the brain and are able to positively influence emotions, preferences and behaviors.
