Aldo designs and customizes each group meditation session individually to suit the collective energy of the group sitting. In this short session he will guide the group through the meditation according to his intuition of the people’s needs. You will feel the powerful energy flowing inside you and giving you the strength to go through the rest of the day. Way better than a power nap!
