Better Sleep – Yoga Nidra with Singing Bowl (September 1)

If you struggle with getting a good night’s sleep, this class is for you. Yoga Nidra is a form of guided meditation that promotes deep relaxation and restful sleep. Combined with the soothing tones of a singing bowl, this class will help you release tension, quiet your mind, and prepare your body for a peaceful night’s rest so you can be rejuvenated for your weekend! 

Relax Friday Night – Yin Yoga (September 8)

Unwind and de-stress with Yin Yoga. This slow-paced practice targets the deep connective tissues and promotes relaxation and flexibility. Perfect for those who want to unwind after a busy week, this class will help you release tension and quiet your mind. Suitable for all levels.

Pain-Free Friday – Yoga Therapy (September 15)

If you suffer from chronic pain or injuries, this class is for you. Yoga Therapy uses yoga postures help you relief pain, strengthen muscles and increase range of motion. Brenda will guide you through a personalized practice to address your specific needs and help you cultivate a greater sense of ease and well-being.

Anxiety and Stress Relief – Singing Bowl (September 22)

This class combines the healing power of sound with mindfulness practices to help you reduce anxiety and stress. The soothing vibrations of a singing bowl provide a calming effect on the nervous system and cultivate a sense of inner peace and relaxation. Suitable for all levels.
