An evening of inner enquiry to help discover some of the root causes of the stress we experience daily.
Many of us believe that our stress at the moment is caused by the current situation. However, how we perceive that moment and choose to deal with it, is more often or not linked to events that took place much further in the past.
During this group session we will use the memories of stress to explore our past experiences in order to locate some of the root causes and redress the balance with E.F.T.

About the Instructor
For the past 22 years, Phil has been assisting people on their healing and spiritual journeys, a role, which in itself, took him on a journey across the world, expanding his skills and understanding, connecting him with some of the most incredible Healers/Shamans/Visionaries. The awakening of his intuitive self began in his teen years, as he began to experiment with meditation, which in turn led to the development of Mediumship and Energy Healing skills. In the year 2000 he moved to Hong Kong and began facilitating weekly Meditation and Self-connection groups as well as working as a practitioner at the famous New Age Shop, offering energy healing and facilitating Personal Development courses. During his period of working with the New Age Shop he also became a Practitioner of Emotional Freedom Techniques (E.F.T.) which added another ‘incredible string to my bow’.
