Inspired by a movement, this workshop will invite you to take steps to bring more conscious awareness to the thoughts you think and the words you say which create the life you live.
We all complain but just how often, we may not realize. Complaining, gossiping and criticizing can be destructive. They’re ways in which we are not impeccable with our words. They’re simply unconscious habits which create mediocre lives.
During this one hour workshop Carol will discuss the five main reasons people complain and how to lovingly counteract each one. She will give concrete tools with which to change these habits of speech in a fun and playful way. You’ll be able to track your progress and watch your life and relationships miraculously shift to ones of more abundance and joy!
Carol Kandell
Carol has been a certified Holistic Health Practitioner, Master Bodyworker, Feng Shui consultant and teacher of Mindfulness practices for over 20 years. She has a degree in psychology and received her certifications in San Francisco, CA where she resided for much of her adult life.
Her deep and clear quality of presence and open heart become a reflective mirror for her clients and a prompt for their potential for change. Her refined level of attention and unconditional approval help people feel truly seen and at ease with her. She absolutely insists that the purpose of life is to experience joy and to have fun!
