Essential Oils for Calming

Oils for the day:

Grapefruit– Known for its mood enhancing, uplifting and balancing hormones properties.

Bergamot– Elevates mood and alleviates stress.

Orange– A favourite for diffusion and aromatic uses. It is calming and brings feelings of inspiration.

Note: Take care with Grapefruit or other type citrus oils, they make your skin su-n sensitive. Avoid direct sunlight if applying diluted citrus oils to your skin.

Fennel– Comforting and grounding. Settles digestion issues, and alternative option for peppermint.
Peppermint- Promotes focus, a great pick- me- up. Eases digestion. Eases cramping for women durin menstrual period.

Cedarwood– Grounding, relaxing, calming, and comforting essential oils. It’s like a hug in a bottle.

Valor– This is a blend of essential oils from Young Living – balances the energies and instils courage, confidence and self-esteem. It helps the body self-correct it’s balance and alignment.

Harmony– This is a blend of essential oils from Young Living -promotes physical and emotional healing by creating a harmonic balance for the energy centers of the body. It reduces stress, amplifies well being and dissipates feelings of discord. It uplifts and elevates the mind, creating a positive attitude.

Oils for the evening;

Lavender– Calming, Relaxing and Balancing. As well as uplifting. Fights occasional nervous tension, making an ideally EO’s to prepare you for sleep.

Vetiver– A deeply balancing, calming, and grounding. Soothe feelings of anger, anxiety, exhaustion, irritability, and stress. Promote restful sleep and address restlessness

Frankincense– Elevating to the mind, it has comforting properties that help focus the mind and overcome stress and despair. Additionaly supports the immune system, nervous system, aids normal cellular regeneration; oxygenating to cells.
