I have been having so much pain on the right side of the neck, shoulder, upper back, and arm. The whole of the right side feels very tight and strain I can’t even use the computer and do the typing that day. The worst was my neck, it was so tight the pain reached the back of the ear and the head. I had pain also on the end of the right shoulder when I lifted my arm. It’s been there for about 2 months I couldn’t bare the pain anymore so I asked Dr Clara for help. Dr Clara first done Gua Sha scraping on the area that I had pain on the neck and shoulder, back of the ear and the head. She pointed that the corner of my neck and shoulder was very weak where I had the pain deep enough there is a knot under the skin. And I had cupping for about 10mins. After that she applied acupuncture on the shoulder end.
I had instant relieved on that day I can get back on the computer straight after the first treatment. The next day the pain is not there anymore in the neck and the shoulder end. I still feel a little pain on the scapular area but most of the strain has gone. Most importantly, I don’t need to carry the tiredness with me to work anymore, my energy was fully back 2 -3 days after the treatment.
