I was hoping CNT could treat my period pain which got to a unbearable level last month. I experienced cold sweat because of the intense pain. I saw Mona 6 times over the period of 2 weeks after menstruation and rested for 1.5 weeks. When the next cycle came, I was happy to see some very noticeable results . I only felt tired, a bit of back pain and mood swings (possibly from long hours at work) but the dizziness was no longer there. Basically the pain was much less and I easily recovered by resting more. Having spent time to take care of myself with Mona’s assistance, I can clearly see the benefits of CNT and will definitely continue regularly for maintenance.

Samantha came to see me because she experienced strong period pains that she had been experiencing for months.

She decided to try Chi Nei Tsang, and I was able to help her body heal and let her experience less pain and stress during her monthly period.

Another client shared her condition and how Chi Nei Tsang helped her.

I had an operation to remove some overian cysts 4 years ago. Then last year, I had hysterectomy and oophorectomy as advised by my doctors. My friend recommended Mona after she experienced her treatment. I did not know that there is was a treatment that focuses on the abdominal area, so I decided to give it a try.

I was experiencing bloating and indigestion. My stomach felt bloated all the time and my tummy looked like a balloon and was harder than usual.

I received 7 Chi Nei Tsang treatments in total. I felt the improvement after the first one so I immediately decided to continue for another 6 sessions as recommended by Mona. After the first session, my body felt relieved and most of my back pain was gone. My back used to hurt when I got up from a sitting position and now I no longer feel any pain.

Mona did a detailed report with me after the 7th session and from there it helped me to have a more comprehensive understanding of my body.

The most improved symptoms are bloating and indigestion which I came to see Mona for. I also noticed improvements in diarrhea, burping and abdominal pain. Plus, the fatigue is gone and my cold hands and feet got better as well.

Ms Leung was very happy with her treatments with Mona that she asked her niece to also come see her for Chi Nei Tsang.

What is Chi Nei Tsang?

CHI NEI TSANG, in Chinese, literally means “working the energy of the internal organs” or “internal organs chi transformation.” and comes from ancient Chinese Taoist knowledge and tradition.

About the technique

A set of acupressure points around the navel is used to open the flow of energy plus blood and lymph circulation in the abdomen. The often chronically contracted abdominal muscles and ligaments get released through gentle rocking, stretching, and shaking. This allows the process of breathing to engage the abdomen so that internal organs are prompted to work more efficiently. It can be seen as a form of “applied qigong.”

The practitioner directly presses on specific points in the abdominal area that relate to internal organs and at the same time the receiver, guided by the therapist, applies a particular deep breathing method, comprising “six healing sounds.

Chi Nei Tsang is a complementary method to systems like Thai massage, Shiatsu, Reiki and other external therapies. This ancient method brings energetic balance and harmonizes the functioning of internal organs.

How it can help you

In addition to detoxifying and energizing of internal organs, Chi Nei Tsang is also a profoundly transformative therapeutic form of bodywork that helps to dissolve physical and emotional blocks in the abdominal area.
People who have had this form of alternative therapy often reported that they could take a deep breath, the upper body (shoulders and neck) got relaxed, abdominal space got more opened and energized, the ribcage got pliable and back less rigid, and the flow of energy opened between the upper and lower parts of the body.

Chi Nei Tsang has been reported to be helpful with:
– constipation, bloating, diarrhea
– removing knots and cramps in the abdomen
– indigestion, acid reflux, heartburn
– irritable bowel syndrome
– menstrual pains
– infertility and impotency
– various back pains, shoulders and neck tensions
– improving digestive functions
– anxiety, hyperventilation, shortness of breath
– various emotional traumas
– urinary issues

You may not experience Chi Nei Tsang if:
– you are pregnant or on your menstrual cycle
