Amba is a member of the IMDHA (International Medical & Hypnotherapy Association). Amba is a life-long Seeker. She uses the power and knowledge of the subconscious mind, methods to release and re-balance and empower her clients to live their most joyous and peaceful life, feel fully alive and whole.

For the past 10+ years she has been on her own path of healing, self-awareness and transformation towards embodied consciousness. She studies different ancient and modern techniques from around the world, engaging in different cultural settings, to develop and refine her own set of tools and methods and holds a loving, neutral healing space for others. Her purpose is to inspire introspection, awareness and positive change. Coming from a corporate career and an entrepreneurial background Amba has lived in and witnessed different realities and now assists others in finding their calling and following their desire for a deeper meaning in life.

Tension (Trauma) release exercises is a series of movements that allow our body to access the innate ability to ‘shake ourselves free’ from emotional blockages held in the nervous system. The method assists in releasing deep trauma without ‘facing the details’. Grounding our system and creating awareness and mechanism for self-regulation.
